Our Story

Circle of Care was established in 2007 in San Antonio, Texas with the goal of providing high quality in-home and center-based pediatric therapy services. Since the creation of the company, we’ve expanded to help children throughout the State of Texas including Houston, Austin, Dallas, Killeen, San Antonio, El Paso, Rio Grande Valley, and Laredo.

We recently joined forces with Empower Behavioral Health, a provider of ABA therapy services, to offer patients and their families an all-in-one approach to a child’s therapy needs. We are excited to expand the Circle of Care platform and continue providing patients with the comprehensive quality care they deserve.

OUR VALUES

Circle of Care is built on a set of core values. These values guide everything we do, from the way we treat our patients to the services we offer. We strive to create a supportive and caring environment for everyone who comes to us for help.

Agility

Circle of Care works to adapt to the changing needs of our patients. We understand how quickly a child’s developmental needs change, and we are always assessing a patient’s individual progress to adapt and grow with them.

Putting People First

People are the heart of Circle of Care. We believe in treating our patients, their families, and our staff with respect, compassion, and empathy. We work hard to create a supportive and inclusive environment, as we value the diversity of everyone we come into contact with.

Do What’s Right – Period

Circle of Care operates on integrity and ethical behavior. We are dedicated to providing high quality care that our patients can rely on. We continue to invest in the knowledge and education of our therapists, which in turn improves the quality of services for our patients.

Stop, Collaborate & Listen

Collaboration and teamwork are what contribute to Circle of Care’s success. We work closely with our patient’s parents, caregivers, medical team, and related service providers to ensure we are meeting the individual needs of our patients. We respect the input from all parties involved, determine the needs of the patient based on evaluations performed, and create a plan of care that will offer the best outcome.

Work-Life Balance

Circle of Care understands the importance of work-life balance in providing our patients quality care. We work to minimize staff burnout and stress to ensure our patients are getting the best version of our therapists. This balance keeps both our families and staff happy.

Why is Child Development Important?

Developmental milestones are indicators of a child’s progress at various stages in childhood. Proper and consistent care during the early childhood years can identify developmental delays and offer early intervention, reducing the risk of long-term issues. Not all children develop at the same pace, so if you notice any development issues, it’s important to bring those concerns to your pediatrician or family doctor right way. Early diagnosis and intervention offers your child the best opportunity to grow and flourish.
